The system is designed to collect only what volunteers need to review requests, manage approved communications, and keep records organized.
A hall-rental request may include a name, organization, email, phone number, proposed event details, expected attendance, and notes. A future dues renewal may include a member name, email, membership type, renewal year, and an optional note.

Authorized volunteers may use submitted information to review and coordinate hall requests, maintain approved membership records, answer questions, and deliver updates a recipient has requested.
Blaine Hill VFC does not sell submitted personal information.
Online payments are disabled. The website, Apps Script, and Google Sheets will never store full card numbers, bank-account numbers, routing numbers, or security codes.
If an online processor is approved later, payment details must be entered on that provider's hosted payment page.
Non-operational email requires a clear opt-in and an unsubscribe method. Member and firefighter access must be approved before private information is shown.
